Return Policy

We allow exchanges and store credits on all regular priced swimwear & sarong items (excluding headbands, which are final sale).  We allow refunds, exchanges and store credits on all regular priced activewear items (excluding socks, which are final sale). All returns must be within 7 days from the date you received your order. To complete an exchange, the following requirements must be met:

1. Item/items must be in original condition, with hygiene seal remaining in place and unaltered for swimwear.

2. Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

When trying on your items, please fit your items over your underwear and keep the pieces in the packaging in a clean environment to avoid any accidental stains or damages. We reserve the right to refuse any items being sent back that do not meet the above requirements.


Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (excluding our welcome code) are final sale. We do not offer price adjustments. If you have a question or concern don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team. Contact Us.

Any packages being sent back must be stated as a "return" on any customs documentation. If there are any duties owing for incorrect documentation this will be covered by the customer.



Standard shipping orders are processed in 1-4 business days and Express orders are processed in 48 business hours. All prices are in CAD.

Please note to expect longer processing times during sales and promotions. We do not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to.



Please allow 1-3 business days for your pre-order to ship after the suggested date. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Once your pre-order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If you would like to make changes, you will have to cancel your order and will have to place a new order with the correct items.

Please note that all in-stock items that are purchased with a pre-ordered item will ship together when the pre-ordered item is ready to ship. If you would like to receive your in-stock item first, you must place two orders; one for in-stock item and one for pre-order.
