Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate
Location: North York HQ
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Role Overview:
As our Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations - ensuring every order is shipped with care and every customer receives thoughtful, timely support. You’ll keep our stockroom organized, manage customer inquiries, and step in to solve problems with professionalism and ease.
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and track inventory levels
- Manage the customer inbox. Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and brand-aligned tone of voice
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
- Monitor order statuses, shipping timelines, and proactively address any delays or concerns
- Support team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A problem-solver with a calm, customer-first approach
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations, or customer service is a plus
- Passion for fashion, swimwear, or lifestyle brands is a bonus

Logistics & Operations Manager
Nyud is looking for an experienced, highly organized Logistics & Operations Manager to join our team full-time at our North York headquarters. This is an in-person role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations and managing our fulfillment team to keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Oversee stockroom organization and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure smooth production flow
- Manage product setup, updates, and accuracy across our e-commerce platforms
- Organize and support pop-ups, sample sales, and brand events
- Streamline fulfillment and shipping processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Implement systems and processes to scale operations as the business grows
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve workflows, reporting, and overall operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (fashion or e-commerce experience a strong asset)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and implement processes that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and excitement for working at a growing brand
