Role Overview:

As our Design Lead, you will oversee the full design lifecycle, from trend research and concept development to communication with manufacturers and final production. This role is essential in keeping our collections innovative, cohesive, and aligned with the Nyud brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our manufacturing partners, manage design workflows, and ensure each collection reflects our elevated brand vision. This position is ideal for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with our manufacturing partners, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Conduct ongoing trend research and bring forward fresh concepts for upcoming collections
• Oversee the design process from initial sketches to production-ready files
• Create and manage purchase orders for each collection, ensuring all materials and timelines are aligned
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions support broader business goals
• Maintain organized documentation, tech packs, fabric swatches, and sample tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong design background with proven experience in apparel, swimwear, or related categories
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to translate concepts into production-ready deliverables
• Confident communicator who can manage and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple collections, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent)
• Strong trend awareness and a passion for creating elevated, timeless pieces

As our Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the care, tone, and experience of the Nyud brand. You’ll manage our inbox, resolve order-related inquiries, and help customers feel supported from first click to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who’s thoughtful, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer inbox and respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a brand-aligned tone of voice
• Resolve customer concerns regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and sizing guidance
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Identify recurring customer pain points and share insights to improve internal processes
• Update order information, tracking links, and CRM records as needed
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative or operational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A natural problem-solver who can stay calm and professional under pressure
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar platforms is an asset

As our Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring every order is packed with care and shipped out efficiently. You’ll keep our stockroom organized, manage inventory accuracy, and support the team with operational tasks to help our business run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and track inventory levels
  
• Monitor order statuses, shipping timelines, and proactively address any delays or concerns
  
• Prepare inventory for restocks, photoshoots, and wholesale orders as needed
  
• Support team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
