Return Policy 

SWIMWEAR

Not in love with your purchase? We happily accept exchanges and store credits only on all regular priced swimwear & sarong items (excluding headbands, which are final sale).  All items must be within 10 days from the date you received your order. To complete an exchange, the following requirements must be met:

1. Item/items must be in original condition, with hygiene seal remaining in place and unaltered.

2. Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

When trying on your items, please fit your items over your underwear and keep the pieces in the packaging in a clean environment to avoid any accidental stains or damages. Items returned must be unused, and folded neatly in original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse any items being sent back that do not meet the above requirements. Returns deemed not acceptable will be returned back to you at your expense. If you are processing an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of the return label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

ACTIVEWEAR

Returns deemed not acceptable will be returned back to the you at your expense. If you are processing an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of the return label. HOLIDAY GIFT POLICY

For gifts purchased at regular price between November 15 and December 24, we will happily process an exchange or store credit until January 10. Gift purchases made after December 24 will be subject to our standard return policy. 

Sale items (excluding our welcome code) are final sale. Items purchased with our welcome code may be exchanged for merchandise or credit until January 10.

Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE AN EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT?

To request a return, please click here. Note that we do not cover any exchange shipping costs or duty charges.

Any packages being sent back must be stated as a "return" on any customs documentation. If there are any duties owing for incorrect documentation this will be covered by the customer.

Standard shipping orders are processed in 1-4 business days and Express orders are processed in 48 business hours. All prices are in CAD.

Please expect longer processing times during sales and promotions. We do not fulfill orders over the weekend. Any orders placed after 3 PM EST on Thursday will be fulfilled the following Monday. We do not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to.

 

Please note, we are not responsible for orders that are missing after stating a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that has a secured mail area. If the mail area is not secure, please ensure someone is present to receive the package. You can submit a claim with the shipping company directly if your package is missing

 

Pre-Orders

Please allow 1-3 business days for your pre-order to ship after the suggested date. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Once your pre-order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If you would like to make changes, you will have to cancel your order and will have to place a new order with the correct items.

Please note that all in-stock items that are purchased with a pre-ordered item will ship together when the pre-ordered item is ready to ship. If you would like to receive your in-stock item first, you must place two orders; one for in-stock item and one for pre-order.
